Edward VII (1841 - 1910) Original Initialled signature on "Home Office" letter to Gladstone.
4635 - Original handwritten letter (8"x 10" approx when folded) "marked" for approval of the King, June 1906, to Gladstone initialled by Edward VII, the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and Emperor of India from 22 January 1901 until his death in 1910. The eldest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, and nicknamed "Bertie", Edward was related to royalty throughout Europe.
