Weighed In has been announced. On the path, race-goers are returning to the car park via the Members Entrance Bar affectionately known as the "Weighed In". As the race day finishes, other horses in training are being exercised on the course for forthcoming races and, across Jay Kirkman's painting, horses are shown in different stages of work, ranging from active to exhausted. To the right, one of the jockeys exercising the horses talks with the keen owner while a groom takes tack away.
